I got this email last night-
...but when I click the link to the book, it's not free-
What am I missing?
My thanks to the various MVPs. Without them Logos would have died early. They were the only real help available.
Faithlife Corp. owes the MVPs free resources for life.
Doc, are you signed in to your account?

The page you showed looks like the new group license purchase option.
Doc B:What am I missing?
It looks like you already own it. It is now showing you the ability to buy a group license.

Yes, it is the group license purchase option. Since you already own the product, you will get the choice to purchase additional copies. Here is a link to the information on this recent upgrade: https://community.logos.com/forums/t/193127.aspx. Hope that helps!!
Interesting. I thought (from reading the threads earlier) that I would see an "Open in Logos" button if I owned it...didn't see that here.
??
On mobile it is very confusing as you don’t see anything

That's apparently still a work-in-progress, as I already own the 8/28/20 Home page Daily Deal, but there's no 'Open In Logos' link; just a quantity spinner and an 'Add to Cart' button. However the Add button behaves correctly, asking for an organization name for additional orders.

So ...... if you want to gift a free book to someone you have to pay for it. Very interesting!
Yup. One free copy per customer. You can tell your friends to download the free book for themselves! =)
We can't enable group licensing on temporarily free books yet, since you could purchase 10,000 copies of a book and give them out for free outside the free promotional window. This wouldn't be in keeping with the spirit of the limited nature of these free offers. To accomplish that, we'd need to make these unassigned licenses expire after, say, 30 days, which would require you to assign them in or close to that window. We don't have that work scheduled yet, but we hope to get to it at some point in the future.
We do allow group purchasing of perpetually free books, since the time limitation isn't an issue.
