You have two options:

PetahChristian: Buy the Silver base package, then buy the full feature set upgrade (which will be dynamically priced—you won’t pay twice for what came in the Silver feature set). Buy the full feature upgrade, then buy the Silver Library (resources only, since you already own a higher feature set).
Of these two options, the first will be less expensive.
