Do you mean linking from outside the program, e.g. with a libronixdls: link? If so, then yes, but after 4.0. (We plan to develop a new protocol that avoids the cross-browser, character encoding, and Unicode issues that plague the current libronixdls: protocol, but don't have time to do it for 4.0.)
