Hi Shane

This sounds very strange - what happens if you follow the steps at https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020435711-Install-Logos-Bible-Software-Windows

Do you get any sort of error message?

Graham

It's starts to install windows asks if is ok to continues the rectangular standard install box pops up and flashes a few things on the screen for about a second then pops a box up saying Error can't download file. No error code or mention of what file. This is after I have downloaded the windows installer and attempted to run the .exe file. I downloaded installer again Incase it was corrupt exact same thing

You must have  64-bit version of Windows. Otherwise use the paperclip icon to upload the zipped logs at %localappdata%\Faithlife\Logs\Logos (type this into File Explorer).
