I see the same. It looks like a simple problem, like there's a setting for free space after or before a paragraph of text, which has been configured to be a negative number thus starting the following paragraph at a place within the space for the preceding paragraph.
So, I'm assuming this "simple problem" is something that I/we Logos users cannot fix?

That's what I think. Someone needs to fix the file for this book and run it through the converter process again, then ship an update.
