So I know subscriptions are coming. I don't mind them. I have been a Logos Now/Connect subscriber since its launch. I received an email saying they have given me "Logos 10 full feature set." Very gracious! 

My question is: On Aug 21st my "Faithlife Connect Essentials  (formerly Logos Now) + Logos Pro (early access)" renews. How is this different? I know this has been discussed on the forum but I have been busy with things and have not updated with Faithlife news.

I am not sure I need anything more than what I have......what am I getting for this renewal......maybe I do want it. (?) 

I appreciate any input or summary of the Faithlife landscape.

    Thanks Graham...it does a bit, but I am still confused.

    When I look at my orders I see this annual charge:

    Then a regular monthly charge:

    And on 8/21/24 Connect Essentials renews:

    So....I am somewhat confused. What is the 99.99 renewal for? Will the second monthly charge continue?

    They should have cancelled your other subscription to Logos Pro (Early Access), I would contact them or maybe Mark will see it in this thread and correct that.

    But just let your Faithlife Connect renew as that is the subscription that is being migrated into Logos Pro.

    Edit: Or you could probably just cancel the Logos Pro (early access) monthly subscription yourself, as it is redundant now.

    Hi Mike,

    Upon migration I had similar questions for customer service. Although our particular instances are different the principles they used to explain my charges apply.

    It helps to understand that for Connect subscribers the Pro subscription is a "blended" program. Looking at your figures you paid $4.39 for the full feature upgrade. 

    A question for customer service is why did you pay $10.92 instead of $9.99 for your Pro early access charge?

    You are entitled to a prorated adjustment to your combined subscription based on your Pro early access renewal date. This too is a question to review with customer service. Hope this helps.
