I need to know how to type in Hebrew in Logos 4 for Mac.

Switch to a Hebrew Keyboard.
If you don't have Hebrew keyboard use System Preferences to put it there.

Mac OS X has "Language & Text" System Preferences, which has a couple Hebrew keyboard layouts:
From Input Menu, can show Keyboard Viewer:
Logos 4 has hebrew transliteration entry, then choose word in drop-down menu:
Another Logos 4 search option is Right Click on word in Reverse Interlinear or Hebrew Bible, then choose Morph Search:
