Reinstalled Proclaim - no subscription found

I had to wipe my drive and reinstall software.  When I entered my username and password for proclaim, it indicated I had to purchase a valid license to project on-air.  When I logged into my logos account, it said my subscription was valid until Aug 23.  I'm on a mac running Mountain Lion.

You should definitely have a valid license. 

Try signing out, then back in. It's possible the notification you're seeing is just a leftover from before you purchased the license.

There is a bug on a new install where the notification is raised incorrectly the first time the app is started. The message can be ignored and you can go On Air without watermarks. We will fix this in an upcoming release.
