PowerPoint slide - white blank

Hi all,

I imported some powerpoint slides yesterday in the normal way. I did nothing different.

When I cam back to the presentation at church the powerpoint slides came up as white blank slides.

Has anyone else had this problem and does anyone else have a solution to this problem which is rather crucial for us on a Sunday?

Could you tell us which operating system and version of Proclaim you are using, on both computers?

We are getting the same problem. We cannot use a separate computer to go live durning the service. It is a real problem since we all do not have the laptop to load information into the services. This only relates to the larger song service powerpoint slides right now.

Did you get a reply or find out how to fix the problem? We cannot get proclaim to work either and it is keep us from using it at our Church.

Can you tell me which operating system you are using on both computers?

You say this is happening for "powerpoint slides". When you uploaded the powerpoint, did you choose "Upload and sync to my groups", or "Local to this computer only"? Any time that you use local only media, it will not sync over to your other machines and you will get a blank white slide if you try to view them on other machines.
