We recently got a new computer in our office. When i tried to install Proclaim on it it says "Application cannot be started. Contact the application vendor."
This is the first computer we've had this problem with, and have it installed on many others. This is a Windows XP Computer, as was our last office computer and our sound room one.
I'm not sure why i can't get it to install on this computer. I have tried updating the Microsoft .NET framework and that did not help either.
Hi Nick - and welcome to the forums
What version of XP are you using on this new computer? Proclaim requires SP3 as a minimum
Can you enable logging (as per http://community.logos.com/forums/t/39446.aspx) and post logs after trying to start Proclaim?

We do have SP3.
When trying to do the bug report it started to work... I re-downloaded the same installation file as before and it's installing this time, whereas last time it would not.

Well, it installed. But whenever i try to open it say "Proclaim has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
