Verbum Master & the English CCC

Just bought and downloaded VERBUM MASTER - great product.
BUT the English copy of the Catechism of the Catholic Church is not there. Got the Latin one OK.
Please can someone tell me how to get this. The VERBUM MASTER compare site said that the CCC English was part of the product, but after buying, downloading, signing in and going back to the compare site it says I do not own this product. What's going on? Presumably I paid for a book that I didn't get.
If the fact that I live in Australia makes a difference - this should have been spelt out clearly before buying. If I can't get it, yet paid for it, can I get my money back (for the CCC English)? Would much rather have it, though.
HELP!

Do you mean this one:http://www.logos.com/product/17215/catechism-of-the-catholic-church (which is included), or a different one?

Due to copy right restrictions, the Catechism is only available to customers living in the United States and its territories.
They are working on getting it world wide. [[looking for post on that]]

Welcome to the forums.
David is right, they're not allowed to sell it to you until they've received permission from your local episcopal conference. The good news is that you did receive a discount (at least you should have), and as I understand it you will nevertheless get it for free as soon as the permissions are there (not absolutely sure about the 'free' part, but that is how I've read them). And I would imagine the UK, Canada and Australia are at the very top of their list. I'm in Sweden, so I'm probably much further down that list -- though luckily I bought it so early that they hadn't yet figured out they weren't allowed to sell it to me.[:D]
There is a disclaimer on the page Richard linked to, but I'll remind Andrew (who's the Director of Catholic Products) that he did promise to make it "much more prominent". It should be on all the Verbum package and upgrade pages as well. Virtually no one who's buying a package is going to look at individual product pages.

This, very strange. I live in Japan and I have the CCC in my Logos Library. Well, I did purchase it when it was a Logos Pre-Publication.

So did I. Like I said, I don't think they were aware of the restriction at that time.

Okay, now that makes sense.

Hopefully I am not at risk of losing it.. but I am in Canada too it's in my library.
EDIT:I may have got it via pre pub, I hadn't thought so but possible.

I think they grandfathered in the people who got it mistakenly. I got something for free once that wasn't intended to be sold for free, and I reported the error. They fixed it on the website but let me keep the product.
