Running Windows version 1.08.0.0109 (updated this evening) Proclaim crashes EVERY TIME I click on "Add Item" The menu starts to drop down, then Proclaim shuts down. I've attached the error log. Please help...quite frustrated.

Can you confirm that you were not seeing this error prior to updating the app to 1.08.0.109? This only started once you updated the app?
No, I'm sorry, I can't. I don't use the Windows version typically. I have had it installed on my Windows 7 PC for awhile, but when I opened it yesterday, it recommended an update, so I took it. I don't remember what version I had previously. The reason I opened the Windows version was that our Pastor complained to me yesterday that when he clicked "Add Item" the program crashed on his Windows 7 Laptop. I was trying to investigate, so I opened it on my computer...same outcome.
This crash is due to the following bug: If you add a piece of local file media on Mac which has characters in its path which are legal on Mac, but NOT legal on Windows (" < > | etc), the app will crash any time that file appears; for example, in the "Reuse Items" menu when you click the "Add Items" menu.
We have included a fix for this issue in the next update which will stop the crashing. In the meantime, if you delete the local file media from the presentation on your Mac machine and sync that change over, it should solve that particular problem until the next update goes out. I apologize for the inconvenience.
That makes sense. We do load MOST of our content from Mac. The ability to use Mac and PC to collaborate is a significant reason we selected this software in the first place and just renewed our on air license. Any suggestions on how to figure out which file is the culprit?
