Proclaim was crashing yesterday every time we attempted to add audio, video or powerpoint content to the presentation. 

I tried today on a different machine... but I'm getting the same problem.  So is this a problem on our end or on your end, and how can we get it fixed before Sunday?

To help us track down the cause of the problem could you please provide log files. See the following post for details on how to file a bug for Proclaim. http://community.logos.com/forums/t/39446.aspx

Hi Joni. You'll want to go to the folder "Proclaim Log Files", which is located in your "My Documents" folder. 

On my computer, the directory is: C:\Users\Ann\Documents\Proclaim Log Files 

On your computer, you would substitute your own username where it says "Ann".
