It has been a busy week of hospital calls, visits, etc. I started, on Saturday afternoon, to open last weeks Proclaim file and change a few slides. But when I open Proclaim, it acts like a brand new install or something. It wants me to find my group, which IS NOT THERE! I tried creating a new group. It is not there either. Proclaim says that I have not requested to be a member of any groups. When I click "Manage Groups" from Group Setup screen in Proclaim, it takes me to my Faithlife Groups page. My groups page shows I am the admin of two groups. I sent myself an invite to join my groups. It has not showed up in e-mail yet. When I select "Start a New Group" from within Proclaim, it wants me to buy another on-air license. Why can I not see my group in Proclaim?

I have tried reinstalling Proclaim. I have rebooted my PC.

I called Logos (closed, of course.) I e-mailed tech@logos.com (no reply, of course.) I am sure I will hear back on Monday morning. A DAY LATE and $100 short for Logos!

Our small congregation is voting Sunday night on whether or not to keep this "new technology" (new TV on wall, Proclaim, Graceway Media, CCLI, etc.). They agreed to the large expense at the behest of their Pastor (Me). We have successfully used Proclaim for two weeks, now it is time for a vote. I have nothing to show them on Sunday - the day of the meeting. THIS SHOULD GO OVER WELL! (Hey, let's vote to keep this technology which does not work when we need it to, and to which no tech support is available when it is needed the most.)

Getting late on Saturday night. I need to get home to my children. It looks like I will be asking Logos for a refund for all of this.

My advice to anyone considering Proclaim: Wait until it gets out of Beta!

We have undeleted your old group. The Nickname and URL have been lost as part of the deletion process. You can set them again under Group Settings.

It looks like your Proclaim group was deleted on the 20th around the same time that you created a non-Proclaim group on faithlife.com. Did you by chance delete any groups from logos.com or faithlife.com on the 20th? Proclaim only uses "Presentation Team" groups. These are the only types of groups that will show up within Proclaim. Presentation Team groups can only be created from inside Proclaim. The type of group is displayed below the group description and "Presentation" is appended to to the name of all Proclaim groups.

Please let me know if you have any other issues getting access to your group.
