Denise: But for me, 'the sale' worked out great. I did make a wish-list, but then I bought me wish-list. Then I checked off the Logos BF sale; whew, nothing to buy! Then I happily got my new iPad Mini (actually new to me; refurb'd by Apple). Which, I might add, will be used to read Logos books! Thank you Logos!! Woohoo!!

Same here, I bought iPad Air instead. Great deal.
Now I'm looking a leather case (thin) for my iPad Air .. anyone have suggestion?
Same for me. First, I found there's no such thing as a leather case (or more accurately, they're very hard to find; most are PW leather).
But I also wanted 'super-slim' and automatic close/sleep: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00D8KPW1Q/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
My mini's already been shipped; I can't believe it. Probably the box has turkey grease and pieces of stuffing on it!

Vaja made the best case I've seen in the internet.
David Kirk Davis: Why don't they make a bunch of the public domain works say 50 percent off? at 50 percent off it is still pure profit. They don't give royalTy checks to other publishers.

They do. It's called "Community Pricing" https://www.logos.com/products/search?Status=Community+Pricing. You should try it sometime.

Go to the dollar store and buy a box of Ziplock bags.
Anyone know what titles are on the "Secret" sale?

Me too... was waiting to see what was on sale.....but nothing looked enticing enough.
Just picked up Geisler's Systematic Theology. The price I paid was less than what was on the sales page. Not sure if that's anyone else's experience. (BTW, nothing on my wishlist made it to the Sale list).
Edit: Actually I looked again, and there was an item on my wishlist that was offered (NT Wright collection - I already had all but 15 of those 34 volumes). I also bought it.
Help links: WIKI; Logos 6 FAQ. (Phil. 2:14, NIV)
I upgraded my Verbum Capstone collection. I got 61 volumes for $98. That is the kind of deals they should have more of for Black Friday.
Sean:I had just recently added the Early Church Fathers to my wishlist. $50 off is not bad; more, of course, would have been better!
William M. Harper:I want the Early Church Fathers Protestant Edition (37 volumes) also. If Logos had knocked off $100 instead of just $50 I probably would have jumped on that deal.
Everyone interested in the ECF should at least check their price for Verbum Basic+ at https://www.logos.com/catholic#compare (make sure you're logged in). Depending on what you already own, it might be lower than buying the ECF alone, and you'd get many other resources as well.
Then, if you're still interested, go to Black Friday Special! Introductory Pricing for Verbum Plus Libraries, where you'll find an additional 15% off coupon code.

Bible Speaks Today for $59.95 was both a surprise (!), and a blessing for me! Snagged it right away, already downloaded, indexed, and skimming.... wonderful!

Mark Barnes: I agree that's disappointing for a Black Friday. There's nothing that tempts me. Perhaps that's the downside of letting us choose the books, rather than someone at publisher relations negotiating with publishers to see what books they can offer at the deepest discount.

I agree Mark.... and the double edged sword of customer opinion swings in the opposite direction: "Let me pick what *I* want to be on sale!", or "Give us the best price you can negotiate with publishers!" Classic case of want to both eat the cake and have it too. On the bright side, I finally picked up Bible Speaks Today as one of the wish list sets that you recommended a few months ago. Thanks for the recommendation!

BookBook ... I guess. It looks really guy-ish (and so therefore appropriate). I can't believe my mini is shipping out of Chechuan China and it'll be here Monday. In between Logos and Apple, life is amazing.
Call in you can get more discounts- just picked up NIV Application Series and Feasting on the Word- good discounts, and that's no baloney:)
These were on my wishlist, not on the sale.

I've seen cheaper
Really? When? I've never seen HALOT discounted, and my sales rep once said he'd never seen it discounted either.
So while the rest of you complain, I'm finding this the best Black Friday sale I've seen. I generally hate "vote-based" Logos sales, because people always vote for the same resources, and they're always more or less Evangelical. But for the first time in 4 years I'll actually buy something.
And the Verbum+ packages are great! I'll get several hundred dollars worth of books for about $50. Though I admit it bugs me that I bought Navarre and a dozen other included resources on prepub. I could have saved $5-600 more...

So happy about HALOT. :)
Just called CS to find out about the rest of the BF sales ... the prices were high still for me.
if I could remember they were:
Theological Lexicon of the Old Testament (3 vols.)
The Essential IVP Reference Collection Version 3
The IVP New Testament Commentary Series (IVPNTC) (20 vols.)
Everett Headley:The hidden sales have produced some interesting sales.
How did you learn what they were? I emailed sales almost immediately, but I haven't heard back from them yet. Would really prefer not to have to call...
