BUGS ATTN LOGOS: A bit annoying - Verbum update, NT Wright series, Luther bundle

1. Logos 5 has updated but my Verbum is still at "Verbum 5.2 SR-6 (5.2.0.0136)" - trying to force an update doesn't work.
2. Early this afternoon I was on the phone with Customer Service - they told me that Paul and the Faithfulness of God (2 parts) was unlocked on my account. 8 hours later I've still been unable to force it to download either on the Logos 5 installation or in Verbum. The forums indicate that it was unlocked for everyone.
3. This question got overlooked: It appears that there is a title error / publisher error somewhere in this mess. (Check title and publisher of actual resource ... unless I'm missing the obvious ....)
In short, I'm stymied a bit in verifying my purchases and using the new tagging features on the fantastic new resource.

Hey MJ,
I'll get the Paul and the Faithfulness of God thing worked out first thing tomorrow.
I'm sorry about the confusion on that.
I don't know what to tell you about the Verbum update and the Lutheran resources. [:(]

Ben - I notice sometimes when you post you have 150+/- posts, and other times you have 1-5 posts. why the fluxuations? Are Logos employee accounts stored in something volatile?

Ben has at least 2 accounts - one with the employee logo and one without.

You can tell when I'm working after hours because I use my personal account ...

Since we ran into some download problems with the Logos update (reported in this thread), we wanted to straighten those out before releasing Verbum. It looks like the problem has been resolved, so Verbum should ship soon.
Sorry for the delay.

Louis, the Academic Blog has been added to Logos' home page, but only if Verbum is set to No. It doesn't work with Verbum set to Yes, which probably means it doesn't work on the separate Verbum app either. See http://community.logos.com/forums/p/77379/576511.aspx#576511.

It turns out that we've hit some other Verbum-specific delays that are pushing this to early next week. Sorry.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm looking into it.

I wonder if Logos should consider including Verbum in the beta test? This seems like it might be a little scary using something that rally did not have a public beta.

I agree with Don, Verbum ought to be beta tested. Especially as my issue proves that the devs don't automatically remember to do the same thing for Verbum as they do for Logos.

Thanks.
Please remind Jonathan that when he starts answering a thread, he should subscribe to it, or at least check Your Discussions frequently. I shouldn't have to wait over three months, or report the same thing multiple times on multiple threads, to get a reaction.
And new blogs should be automatically added to the home page when they're started, so while you're at it, please also remind the devs to add the new Anglican blog.
