Charts For A Theology of Evangelism - Thomas P. Johnston - Really Messed Up!!!!!
I just bought this book on VYRSO, which is a great book; but a lot of the charts in it are blurry and smudgy, and very hard to read. I realize it is how the ebook was formatted, and is the publisher's fault here. Is there anything that can be done to make the charts clearer? Can anything be done at all to correct this Erin?

Are References in the chart hyperlinked?

I am definitely interested in this book but blurry graphics won't do.
If the publisher just put blurry scans into the ePub version of the book, there's nothing Vyrso can do.
Sometimes one learns about messed up digital editions by looking at Amazon reviews - let me cite a one-star review from just yesterday: Hal writes "Unable to review content. Purchased to read on a Kindle Paperwhite. The font was illegible."
The point seems to be that the tables are not text, but pictures (which also invalidates the detection of bible verses on Vyrso, so they won't link). Looking into the See-Inside on Amazon one can see they don't scale with the text font, but can only be enlargened with the browser zoom.
B&H went the cheapo-route on that and either they deliver a proper file with tables that are not scanned but the real stuff - or we have to live with it as is or create them by ourselves in Word in a PB if the content really is worth it.
Have joy in the Lord!

Nope. References in paragraphs that introduce the charts is (yellow in the picture below) but not the charts contents (for instance, Acts 14:21 below):
This seems like a very valuable resource and it would GREATLY enhanced if the graphics where converted using OCR so as to allow not only better resolution but also hyperlinks.

I have just spoken with a customer service representative at FAITHLIFE about this situation, and they are going to see what they can do to have this problem fixed. Hopefully, this issue will be resolved soon.

Status update: there is currently nothing that can be done on our end to correct the files, but we are contacting publishers in hopes of getting better files.
Thanks,

Thank you so much Katie Monsma for responding so quickly to this situation. It is much appreciated. Really appreciate you contacting the publishers to see if you can get better files, because if you can't read the charts in this book, there is no point in having it. Once again, thank you so much.

No problem! Another update: we heard back from the publishers, at this time they are unable to send a new epub file our way, so at this time we are unable to upload new imagery since the publisher would need to increase the image quality.
Thanks,
Katie
