Font size in On-Screen Bible
Somebody must have asked this already, but I can't find it anywhere:
Is it possible to control the font size used for an On-Screen Bible item?
Our sanctuary is pretty big, and I've tended toward really large fonts for song lyrics (as in Museo Sans Bold 100pt). I *love* the way the OSB works, but the font is far too small to be workable for our sanctuary...people in the back simply can't read the slides.
I'd like to simply tell OSB to boost the font size so that it's workable, knowing that it will create more slides to display the text. The alternative is to do a Bible item, which gives me more control, but isn't as nice of a presentation (plus I wind up having to manually reformat to get the breaks to work well).
Thanks in advance,
Eric Longman

Unfortunately you cannot manually change the font size on On-Screen Bible items. One thing that may help a little (if you aren't already doing this) is to only display a single verse. We try to use the largest font that will fit on a slide for your text range (splitting to multiple slides if we need to) - if you have less text the font size will be a bit larger.

I was hoping to use it for the readings we do each week, but they are always several verses in length, so that's probably not a workable solution.
Guess I'll continue using the Bible item for those, since it gives me the flexibility to alter the text size and to reformat accordingly, plus I always include our responsories before and after the reading on the same item, which I wouldn't be able to do with the OSB.
Thanks for the answer!
