I'm sure there are other low light/ visual impairment requests for this that ought to be consolidated so that all the votes are on the same request and summed together to give it its true priority.
Thread => USERVOICE review: Complete Access for blind users of Screen-reading Software. includes five more that could be consolidated for prioritization discussion:
35 Votes => black background
30 Votes => Night Mode for PC/Mac
20 Votes => Add Themes to personalize colors/colours and improve readability
8 Votes => Place More Emphasis on Updates Which Reduce Eye Strain and Increase Eye Comfort
7 Votes => Night Theme Absolutely Indispensable
3 Votes => I have bad vision. Would really help to be able to make the backgroundblack and text white on the computer as is available on portable.
plus found another:
1 Vote => Prioritize disability features.
----
104 Votes would place "black" background (or "Night Mode") on second page of User Voice suggestions.
Keep Smiling [:)]
well worth people pushing others to move their votes
I just read Bradley's work around which clearly changes the priority on a PC.
[quote]On Windows, you can use the built-in Magnifier utility to invert the colors of all running applications, including Logos 6. http://www.talklocal.com/blog/2012/12/s/computer-repair/how-to-invert-colors-in-windows-7/
