Graceway Media+Igniter Media account linking

Hi

I have got a combined Graceway Media + Igniter Media subscription. I can link the Graceway Media fine with Proclaim and the graceway stuff appears under "Owned". But the Igniter Media part of the subscription is not being linked, and still appears under "Store"

Is there currently anyway to link the Igniter Media subscription? And if not is this due to a technical problem (and so might be fixed one day) or is it a "marketing" decision to steer people to buy the Partner Media from Faithlife (and so unlikely to be fixed)? Just be nice to upload the stuff from igniter direct into proclaim from the media browser.

Thanks,

Jim

    Dear Jim;

    Thank you for your post. I don't believe, at this time, that Proclaim can sync with the Igniter Media subscription. We will look into this to see if this is something we might be looking into in the future.

    Well, looking into this, it seems that I have made a slight mistake and I apologize, Jim...there should be some Igniter media available under the "media" tab in Proclaim. Click on Media and Browse Media. Under the Collections section, there should be an option for Igniter Originals.

    Hi

    Yes there is the "Igniter Originals" item, but  when I select that, there is nothing under the "Owned" tab in the left Collections pane. If I click "Store", then all the Igniter stuff appears but Proclaim asks me to pay for using any of it. Proclaim doesn't recognise that I own all Igniter media as part of my Graceway+Igniter subscription. So I don't think Proclaim is supporting linking accounts to Igniter.

    (I think if I had the Proclaim Partner media, then the Igniter media would appear under "Owned", but Proclaim is just not recognising my subscription direct with Igniter)

    Carmelo's original reply is correct.

    So I don't think Proclaim is supporting linking accounts to Igniter.

    Correct, Proclaim does not support access to Igniter content via a linked account. It's something we will consider for the future. Sorry for the confusion and thanks for the feedback!

    Thanks, that would be great if you could support that account linking. at the moment I can still search for the media from Proclaim which is handy. It is just an extra manual process to then download from igniter and import.
