A recent Windows 10 update (KB4013429) can cause Proclaim presentations with Mpeg-2 videos to crash. This crash should be limited to Windows 10 machines that were upgraded from Windows 7. Many other applications are impacted by this bug and we expect a solution to be released from Microsoft. In the meantime, if you experience this crash we recommend uninstalling the KB4013429 update.
