Logos 7 Won't Open on Windows 10
Since I've updated to Windows 10 I cannot get Logos 7 to open. Prior to the update I had Windows 7 and was experiencing issues installing a Logos update. I think that update had something to do with the .NET Framework. Any help is greatly appreciated!

The only thing I can tell you is to try to open to a blank layout (press and hold control key while starting the app).

Hi Nathan,
I'm sorry this is happening to you. Is Logos getting stuck at the blue Logos 7 splash screen? We are working on an update that should fix this, but so will installing .NET 4.7.1. You can do so from either link below. This will require a reboot of the computer to take effect.

This has been fixed in 7.11 SR-1.

It says I have 4.7.1 or later already installed. I'll try downloading Logos 7.11 SR-1

Hi Philana,
I tried to reinstall Logos to get version 7.11 SR-1 like you described. I am still unable to open Logos. It says I have version 7.176.26 currently. Any other ideas?

If insatalling 7.11SR-1 hasn't fixed things, it might be another issue. If you call our Customer Service team at 800-875-6467 they can help in diagnosing the problem.
