Hello Pedro!
Please delete the shortcut for the app from the macOS doc and try opening from the applications folder. If that works, then add the shortcut back. If not, please download and install the newest version of the application engine (see "install" link in my signature line). Please let us know how it goes.

Hello Pedro,
Solution 2 here should fix the problem. https://www.logos.com/support/logos6/mac/crash

To "activate" the link, make sure to add a space Tommy! [:)]

Ugh. Thanks for having my back :-).
Just an update, and I'm updating the article now, if you already see your user account in the permissions section of the information window for the Logos4 folder, click the gear icon and "Apply to enclosed items." That should force the permissions on the Logos4 folder throughout the rest of the Logos directory.

Hi Tommy, I don't have a Logos 4 Folder. I checked the library folder and I have "read & write" permissions.

I had the same issue since tonight (maybe a Logos upgrade). My problem was permission with the Logging folder in /Library/Application Support/Logos4/
My user did not have any permission on the folder. I had to use the root user to change the folder permission and it is now working. Using terminal:
1. sudo su - root (assuming your Mac account is admin of your machine)
2. go to the Logos4 folder using the cd command
3. chmod 774 Logos4 (changes permission)
And it is working again for me
