Interlinear Pane

What am I doing wrong? At times the Interlinear pane can be brought up by clicking the icon on the toolbar. I can access this icon and make it visible by selecting it in the drop down menu. Other times it is not there and I am unable to bring up the pane.
Notice on the screenshots, the first one it is visible, the second one it is not visible and cannot be selected.

It doesnt look like the AV is an interlinear, at least it doesnt show as such on the web app. If you are looking for a KJV interlinear, try the KJV 1900.
