word list by root instead of Lemma
Hi all,
I am new in Logo 8, it is really helpful for my biblical studies.
I found word list is helpful for analysis such that list out all the words by Lemma within a passage and sorted by word count. May I ask whether I can do the same by root, instead of Lemma?
e.g. in Phlm,
- by Lemma:
κοινωνία κοινωνία count 1 fellowship; participation
κοινωνία κοινωνός count 1 partner; sharer
- by root
κοινος κοινωνία count 1 fellowship; participation
κοινος κοινωνός count 1 partner; sharer

Welcome [:D]
Search for Root can be saved as a Word List
Document name has Root while Word List entries have associated Lemma's.

Hi Keep Smiling 4 Jesus
Thanks for your reply and may be my question is not stated clearly lead to misunderstanding.
Background:
I would like to list out all possible roots by words count within a passage (e.g. Phlm) without knowing which roots are available in it. Therefore, I tried as follows:
1. Open word list function in Logos 8
2. Add Lemma in NA28 (pull down menu at the left upper corner), I input Phlm into "reference"
3. Then, a list of all Lemma within Phlm are shown with words count.
May I do the same thing by roots, instead of Lemma?
Thanks.

Hi Dave,
Thanks for reply.
Is there alternative way to do the same, but driven by roots?

Tedious option is adding Root into Section:
Thankful for Right Click remembering previous context selection so Right Click can have Root selected so next click is Copy Text followed by clicking Section in Word List then Paste Root into Section. After Section is populated, can sort by section to group Lemma's by Root.
