Very interesting new Pre-Pub! This is a collection of pre-Constantinian homilies that come from one of the most interesting of the Early Church Fathers, the famous and very influential Scripture scholar Origen of Alexandria.
(Unfortunately, on the Logos.com product page, the shortening the name of the publisher to "Catholic Univ of America" in the Product Details section broke the search generated by clicking on it. Oddly, the entire Product Details section is omitted from the Verbum page.)
Please use descriptive thread titles to attract helpful posts & save others time. Thanks!
While you're pursuing homilies, is there a source in Verbum, that points to what's in Verbum and elsewhere? Talking about Church Fathers.
In my recent case last week, somehow I was in BW, which has a super-fast lookup, to include the church fathers. It popped up a Chrosostom quote, which I thought had to either be unbelievabke, or written/presented in jest. But then, Chrusostom made the same claim expanded in another homily that neither BW nor Logos (mine) had ... Principium Actorium etc
I've no doubt, I could find it on the web, but does Verbum have any CF index-type functionality?
"God will save his fallen angels and their broken wings He'll mend."

The only special Church Father functionality specific to Verbum that I'm aware of is the pre-built Church Fathers collection.
But it would be nice to have something like that.
Hmmm ... thanks. Looks like a Duck Duck tasking.
I suppose the Catholic Topical Index contains ECF-related functionality, but not quite, I think, of the type that you're looking for. Still quite useful, though.
I agree, very interesting! Thanks for posting. Ordered.
