I can't believe you only have one coffee machine. So what is official Logos brew? I hear Starbucks has instant coffee now...

oooh interesting idea! I figured it was for product testing, but why would marketing do that??? ooooh exciting!
Do we know for sure this will work on an iPod, not just an iPhone? I would love to have this available and have been hoping for years, but from looking online at the prices... I don't know if I can justify the cost of an iPod/iPhone (even used ones are quite pricey).
Personally, I think the app should be around $20 and include a free iPod. :)

Rob one of their pics says something along the lines of "Did you know iPhone apps work on iPod touch? They do!" and some of the pics are from an iPod (at least according to the upper lefthand side of the pic).
Glad to hear the coffee machine is fixed...
I couldn't understand only having one coffee machine either - but one ESPRESSO machine is a different story (especially if it's say an Expobar or Pasquini and a mazzer mini on the side :) ). Wow, how I'd love to swing by for hot water topped by an espresso... mmm...

Here's a blog post -- from October 2005, four years ago -- that has a pic of the wonderful, wonderful Saeco automated espresso machine. At that time it had a count of 20,000 shots. I wonder what the count is now?

Rick,
Thanks for the post - wow! What a machine! I have a Saeco grinder from '96 and it's still kicking. But definitely my regards go to the coffee connoisseurs at Logos. Also, the "chubby mug" in the pic reminds me of my college days... ahh espresso.

Hey Rick isn't that the same system someone drove up to Canada to get repaired and the company was "shocked" at the number of cups...?
I knew Logos was a cool place to work back then

I really like how they are posting screenshots and not just mockups anymore.

Agreed. I also really like how they make sure we know they're posting screenshots and not mock-ups so that we can thank them

just humoring them...if they're gonna go through all the work to make the m.logos.com page and make comments in the source code, we oughta play along
Well, it's been a week now since they submitted, so I'm thinking it has to be any day now that it will appear in the store. I've heard the typical waiting period for apps is between one and two weeks. Here's to hoping that it's closer to one!
Not much activity here lately. Maybe today will be the day when all of our questions are answered. Hurry up apple!!!!
Still quiet. Nothing on App Store and still nothing from Logos about why marketing bought an iPod touch...I did call dibs didn't I?
Maybe they bought the itouch so they could run/test the app in a "production environment". Al least that is my guess. But if they give it away - you can find me standing in line right after David.

Thinking of Jesus' teaching...at one point I was the first in line and the end of the line :) Now we have opened up a whole new can of theological discussion on this thread. Because the line only matters in two instances...
1 - Are they really going to give it away or is it my shameful want of them too?
2 - At what point will they return to the thread to rapture the winner?

One other thing to consider....Maybe they have someone on their team with the gift of multiplying loaves....wonder if it works on electronics.....
