Uninstalling and reinstalling will fix the problem. Alternatively, just reinstalling once we have a fix available with resolve things.
James, you just need to realize that L10 is like Schrödinger's cat...you take it out of the box one time, it's dead. You take it out of the box a second time, it's alive!
