Resource stuck on "downloading"

An owned book in my library has a continual spinning wheel status of "downloading" and does not complete the process.

Any advice is appreciated.

  Have you restarted the app? Have you restarted the computer? Have you tried using the command, update now? If all of those fail, please enable and post logs (see my signature line).
