Wonder if Text Comparison linked with Bible ?
The zip file has logs for 4.3 SR-1 on 23 Aug. Wonder about enabling Mac Diagnostic Logging ? then replicate scrolling jumpiness.

Yes, Text Comparison is linked with the Bible.
I have attached a new zip file. The problems actually started when 4.3 SR-1 was released. The scrolling jumpiness only happens in a Bible window: commentary and other books scroll fine.

How do I turn off Text Comparison Link? Does the log reveal anything useful?

To turn off the 'Text Comparison LInk" just click the X on the right hand side of the panel that the link is open in.
When you have it closed see if your scrolling problems improve.

When Text Comparison is linked with Bible, scrolling in Bible changes verse reference, takes awhile for Text Comparison to compare, then display differences. When Text Comparison done, verse reference is sent to all resources in Link set. If Bible has been scrolled past reference sent out by Text Comparison, Bible jumps back to show first word in in verse reference.
Workaround for Text Comparison bugginess is closing panel (faster scrolling) or change Link Set to Follow (avoids Bible scrolling backward jump).
