BUG?:Video won't upload?

I am trying to upload an mp4 file (I have tried a wmv version as well) but Proclaim for Mac 1.0.103 can't preview or upload it. The file sizeis 38.9 MB (37.9 MB for WMV).

Is there a video upload bug? Other than imperfect transcoding, I've never had problems uploading videos.

It appears to be behaving as if there is an exclusive lock on the file you're trying to upload. Are you able to upload other videos? It would help if you could post your log files.

Apparently, there were some funky permissions set to this file when I copied it from a CD to my Mac. Once I made it available to everyone R+W, Proclaim handled it just fine. BTW, I didn't have the same issues on Windows, at least not exactly the same. I couldn't upload it, but I was able to use it as a local file.
