On one of the last updates Proclaim erased my SongSelect information and when I go to enter it by hitting the enter info button I get the following error. I have uninstalled proclaim and reinstalled and still get the same error. The update didn't erase the info on all machines but did affect some and this is the worse. Please advise.

thats exactly the message i am getting and currently have to manually add new songs, v frustrating...
I know it isn't a solution but I have resorted to using two computers to fix this because it doesn't have this problem on all my machines. Maybe that would help you.

Song Select has been making some changes to their API recently so it's possible the service was down for a bit? works for me now... Log files will help a lot.
