Zoom issues
Anyone else had problems with zooming in on infographics and the like? I'll use the mouse scroll button, and the item zooms out without issue as far as I've noticed. However, when trying to zoom in, it won't zoom in farther than having the picture fill the tab. But with large pictures, I can't read everything in it. So I need to zoom, and it just doesn't work. Instead of zooming, the picture will like shift to the side in the tab. It's weird.
I've tried zooming in with a Biblical Things item, and it worked fine. Though I haven't tried it with a multiple items. But I've noticed this zoom issue a few times with Faithlife resources in L4.

FWIW, the Life of Paul infographic zooms in very neatly on my Win 7 Home, 32bit running 4.5b SR-3 (4.52.0.2208) :

I tried some pictures too, and they have zoom in issues as well. So none of the Faithlife infographics nor pictures zoom properly. I use a 2010 iMac with Lion (proper computer, I see what you did there, lol).
It will not zoom in closer than this. As someone said in another thread, my pictures will not zoom in past being contained entirely within the tab like above. So I can't zoom in on any part of a picture or large graphic to get a better look in other words. I cannot do what you did in your screen shot. Except now I've noticed that if I try to zoom out, it will work in reverse and get just a little bit bigger, though still contained fully in the tab, and then will zoom out really quick. So it does that too.
On top of not zooming in, when I do try to, the pictures just like twitch and jump around in the tab (like I mentioned in my OP). It's weird and hard to explain. I'm sure if someone else was experiencing this, they'd recognize what I'm talking about.

it will not get any bigger than this.
It doesn't help you, but maybe the Logos developers that I can confirm it works on my machine:
So this may be a Mac issue (maybe some other Mac users like Alabama or KS4J drop yby and confirm). I suggest you open a thread in the Mac or Mac Beta forum (depending which version you run) and put "BUG" into the thread title to alert the Logos people. Either there is an existing case for this, or they'll open one and try to fix this.

The graphics will not get any bigger in either tab. The max size is determined by the size of the tab.
Have you tried whether it's the same in full-screen reading mode - invoked by F11, probably, or some other shortcut you see here
EDIT: just to clarify: I still think it's a bug and you should go to the appropriate Mac forum for this, however, since you are having problems with the display in tabs, the Reading View might - with a low probability - be a workaround other than downloading the graphics and opening them outside of Logos.

Just tried it. It doesn't work. It did the same thing as not in reading view. It did make the item a little bigger simply because reading view basically enlarges the tab. But it's still pretty much the same though.

By the way, I don't think the Mac forum is the appropriate place for this because this issue is only with Faithlife items. So it's not a "Logos 4 Mac" issue per se.

But there the Logos people take part that react to threads with "BUG" in the title. And to me it seems to need attention of Mac developers.
Anyway, I hope they get this working for you soon!

Somethings are a judgment call. I could argue either side on this one. By the way, this issue may be fixed in the beta build. On my Proper Computer (a Mac), it seems to work just fine. FYI - There are some changes coming with how L4Mac handles graphics/UI. These are "under the hood" so to speak, but some of the changes were inadvertently put through to 4.5b. It is possible that this problem is related to that. I assume you are on stable channel?

Well, our data pool is fairly small. For all we know, there are some PC users having this problem. Because I have yet to have a problem with Logos 4 outside of the Faithlife resources, we can say with some amount of assuredness that the Faithlife resources have something to do with it. What? I don't know. But something it seems. And as you've pointed out, not all Mac users are having an issue. Ultimately, it can't be conclusively decided that this is, in fact, a Mac problem. Therefore, I figure this is the best place for this thread, though it may not be the only place such a thread would viably reside.
Regardless, personally, I don't think it matters much where it is as long as an employee comes along and looks into the issue at hand, lol.
By the way, that infographic you made a screenshot of is the one that made this issue stand out to me. I had wanted to get a better look at it....[:@] Haha.

There is no way to zoom in in my iMac using Logos 4 and Lion.
