Preview/Enlarge Upcoming Slides

Hey all. Looking for some help.

On the Mac there is a way to enlarge the "context" slides (the slides near what's currently showing on the screen). You can do this by dragging up between the now showing slide and the previews. This action shrinks the now showing slide and enlarges the context slides.

On the PC this doesn't work. Dragging up shrinks the preview slide but does not enlarge the others. It only drags up the edit actions.

I'm set to PREVIEW (next to on air).

What's up?

This is a very helpful feature as sometimes slides are in the wrong order, or a singer sings from a different arrangement than what we had planned. The slide operator can simply click on the right slide instead of having to arrow back and forth because he/she can't read the preview slides.

James it should be the same on the PC as it is on the Mac. We will look into this and see why you are not seeing this same feature on the PC.

Also, we are coming out soon with an alternate view that will allow you to see each slide laid out on a grid format, so your operator can go from one slide to another and have a view to see them.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have recently tracked down this issue (soon you will be able to re-size the "context" slides on Windows as well). So expect to see this in an upcoming release.

When is this alternate view scheduled for publishing? The lack of flexibility in the view is presenting a challenge to using Proclaim in our services.

There is not a firm ETA I can give you on this update at this time. They are working on it but the release date will depend on a number of factors, including bug fixes and other features.

There will be a forum post announcing the update.
