When I entered the exact name for our faithlife group when setting up a new user, our group didn't even show up within the first 100 search results. How can we better find our group?
Group Name: Trinity Bible Church Proclaim Presentation
You could have the user join the group using Faithlife, which may be a bit more user friendly for common-sounding group names. Then when the user goes to do the group setup in Proclaim, they can simply choose from "Use One Of Your Groups".
Searching for a group on Faithlife is having the same issue, I'm just going to invite them from the faithlife group directly.
