Updating library catalog: List may be incomplete

First some background: I had L4 Platinum and back on Nov 18th purchased the L5 Minimal Crossgrade. After reading some of the forum posts, I called Logos yesterday and had them reverse the minimal crossgrade and purchased the Silver upgrade and then got the crossgrade at a discount. Later the same day I decided I couldn't live without some of the resources in the Platinum upgrade and bought it too. Everything downloaded, indexed, and was working just fine.

Today I purchased the NIV (2011). It installed and appears in my library. However, now if I try to search my library for anything I get an "Updating library catalog: List may be incomplete" message. This appears for any search and no results are returned for any search. I have rebooted my computer and restarted Logos without any change.

I searched the forums and found this L4 thread--

http://community.logos.com/forums/p/17387/131163.aspx#131163

I followed the instructions from Jacob Carpenter from Logos--

  • Please shut down Logos 4, open the
    "C:\Users\Randy\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\byfy3ane.xhk\LibraryCatalog"
folder in Explorer, and delete all the files except catalog.db.

The files that I deleted were:

  • catalog.dcm
  • catalog.idx
  • catalog.db-journal
  • catalog.fld
  • catalog.lck
  • catalog.met

When I restarted Logos the only one of the deleted files that has been recreated is catalog.db-journal and is has a 0 file size. This remained unchanged for about 2 hours. I am running 64-bit Windows 7 with a fast quad core processor and 8GB of RAM. Normally my computer does indexing and other tasks quickly.

Lastly, I restarted Logos again and created log files. After running almost another 2 hours things remain unchanged. I have attached the log files.

7433.Logos.log

4152.LogosIndexer.log

It appears to me that despite the program's claim to the contrary, the catalog is not being updated.

Can anyone help with this? Is there possibly a command to force the catalog to rebuild?

Thanks.
