We experienced extremely slow speeds downloading the presentation this week. As I type this it still will not finish syncing stuck at 73 percent. If it is not reliable I cannot fathom using this each week. Can you guys promise that you will have enough server capacity on Sundays to deal with increased traffic at the most obvious time of need - sunday AM?

I'm sorry you're having issues syncing. We are actively working on improving the Proclaim infrastructure. In addition, a few of us are actively monitoring and responding to Proclaim issues every Saturday evening and all day Sunday.

I would encourage you to hang in there. Proclaim is a fantastic product and we are working hard to improve the infrastructure and eliminate issues like you experienced this morning.

It finally worked but delayed our final touches making it impossible to edit our last song. We had to use hymnbooks and it embarrassed our tech team.
