Recommendation: Canon Revisited by Michael J. Kruger

Kruger makes the case for a self-authenticating view of the biblical canon, which is a standard protestant and reformed view of Scripture. This book would be a great addition to Logos!

Its on my shelf, but I haven't gotten to it yet. It looks like a good Logos-kind of resource. BTW, Kruger has a blog site that he continually posts videos of himself being interviewed about the book, talks at seminaries, etc...very useful side resource for those interested in this work. The blog is called Canon Fodder, and can be easily googled.

Is there an update, it has been almost a year?

The extensive use of primary and secondary literature makes Logos the perfect format for this kind of work.

I already have Beckwith (1985) and McDonald (2011) in L5, it would be nice to add Kruger's Canon Revisited (2012) along with his other works such as The Question of Canon (2013) and the Heresy of Orthodoxy (2010)
