Cannot connect to internet to synchronize licenses

I try to sync with my Logos 3 license but it keeps saying that it cannot connect to internet to synchronize licenses. I also try to do an update and got the same problem. I check my internet and have no problem. I can update and sync my Logos 5 but not Logos 3. Is it they removed the server already? Thanks!

Kelvin ... there's been a spate of these issues recently. The most frequent suggestion is to check your virus software to see if it's blocking Libronix.
But another fluky solution if you're interface is not english, is to set it to english ... see bottom of http://community.logos.com/forums/t/76078.aspx

I saw previous post and fix the problem as follow:
Solution 2 involved MS-Explorer (Who would have thought these programs are so closely tied to Explorer - I prefer Firefox) Anyway, Error Code 17 deals with failure in "Update" (obviously also a failure to connect to the internet) Here was the solution: (1) Open IE; (2) Go to Tools | Internet Options; (3) Connections Tab; (4) LAN settings button; (5) Check the "Automatically detect settings" option; (5) OK to exit.

Folks I addressed this issue in the following post:

In that post I explaining that Logos discontinued the Libronix Server that synced the licenses, and provides the License Sync method work around via eMail attachments with Logos Customer Service that did work for me.
