BUG: Searches only Old Testament in "Stuittgarter Erklärungsbibel" and "Elektronische Bibelkunde"
Hallo, I'm writing from Germany and hope, my English ist good enough for my question:
Im using the "Einführung und Erklärungen aus der Stuttgarter Erklärungsbibel"
(LLS:ERKLARUNG 2009-03-23T22:37:18Z ERKLARUNG.lbxlls)
and
"Elektronische Bibelkunde" (LLS:BIBELKUNDE 2006-11-17T15:49:15Z BIBELKUNDE.lbxlls)
When I search for a Bibel-Text, it ist not possibel, to search in the New Testament, in both books I only can search for Old Testament Bibel-Texts.
In the Info to both Books ist written: Indizes: Bibel (BHS)
By using both Books in my SESB, search function ist possible for the whole Bibel.
Would you please help me?

welcome to the Logos forums! Just to clarify: are you using these resources in Libronix (i.e. the SESB as it came on CD-ROM) or in Logos 5? Can you provide a screenshot (save as JPG or PNG and attach with the paperclip icon). We may discuss in German language if English becomes too complicated.

UPDATE: please edit your posting title and put "Bug:" in front of it, thus Logos may notice this thread. This is a resource issue.
I checked both resources in L5 and it's true, they are indexed as Bible (BHS), which makes no sense. Both books cover the whole bible - including the apocrypha - and give introductory remarks and then (at least in most books) a paragraph-by-paragraph short commentary, the Erklärungsbibel being more detailed. Both are rightly given type:bible commentary (possibly could be type:bible notes as other study bibles are) and need a proper bible index to flow with the bible text in the NT and come up in bible searches etc.
Example for Bibelkunde: OT 1 Sam 2 vs NT Acts 1,3–26
Example for Erklärungsbibel: OT 1 Sam 2 vs NT Acts 1, 4ff

zweites Update: heute hat Logos ein neues Unterforum in deutscher Sprache aufgemacht, das vom "Produktmanager Deutsch" betreut wird. Ich habe dort einen Hinweisthread auf den Bug aufgemacht und hoffe, jemand kümmert sich um das Problem: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/81774.aspx
Zumindest kann man dort auf deutsch schreiben [:)]

Hallo Reinhard,
Ich habe dein Problem an die relevanten Stellen weitergeleitet und auch nochmals einen Techniker darum gebeten, mit dir in Kontakt zu treten.
Leider wird ein Quickfix vor dem Wochenende wohl nicht mehr möglich sein, dennoch hoffe ich, dass wir das Problem so schnell wie möglich beheben können.

Ich habe mal einen screenshot aus der SESB von den Informationen sowohl von der SEB aus auch von der EB gemacht. Darin sieht es - laienhaft formuliert - so aus, dass die Indizierung in Logos 5 nicht richtig übernommen wird. Oder täusche ich mich?

Wenn ich deinen Screenshot richtig lese, hat SEB in Libronix einen "Bible" und einen "Bible(BHS)"-Index, ich weiß gar nicht ob das in L4/5 geht. Vielleicht haben die damit getrickst um die Psalmen richtig hinzukriegen, da ist der standardmäßige Bible-Index anders. Seltsam, dass nicht der Luther84-Index verwendet wurde (ich weiß aber nicht, ob der Apokryphen enthält). Natürlich ist die Frage, ob die NT-Texte mit dem Bible-Index versehen waren. BK hingegen zeigt nur "Apostolic Fathers" und "Bible(BHS)", wenn das korrekt ist dürfte das in der SESB auch nicht richtig funktionieren, falls der Index dort zum Suchen benötigt wird (sorry, ich nutze Libronix nur, um Lizenzen von alten CD-ROMs nach L4/5 zu bekommen).
Mal sehen, was die Logos-Techies dazu herausfinden.

Logos has fixed one of the two resources: they switched the index of "Elektronische Bibelkunde" to Luther1984. New version

Hey,
Ich habe mich gerade mit den zuständigen Developern unterhalten. Es ist eine Sache, die ein bisschen komplizierter ist und daher ein bisschen dauern wird, aber als Zeitrahmen wurde mir nun ein Monat als geplante Obergrenze genannt.
Ich hoffe das ist ein passabler Zeitrahmen [:)]
