How to I get the audio to work with my video? I get nothing When I put a video into my Sunday presentations? Is there something I did wrong or is there a bug in the software?

How are you inserting the video? Are you doing it as a song? If so, it won't work. See this thread.

If you are doing it as a video (ie: New Item - Video), then you should check you mixer levels on the sound control panel. Do you hear other sounds from the computer?

If you are in fact using the video as a video item and not a motion background, I would like you to check two things. First, make sure that your video is set to play the video soundtrack and not background audio; you do this by clicking the blue play icon next to the video and seeing which option is selected (should look like the following screenshot).
Second, make sure the universal video volume is not set at zero. You can do this by checking the bottom right screen of the video in edit or preview (see screenshot; volume selector should look similar to the one in the bottom right).
