Bug: SpellCheck does not work in clipping tool
My notes file identifies mis-spelled words but the clipping tool does not. Is this supposed to be working or a future enhancement?

I assume you mean for the notes entries in the clipping tool?
If so I don't recall seeing any discussion of this before and don't believe it has been implemented.

Spellcheck is enabled for the clipping section itself, but not for the notes entries. I think this is a bug.

Probably not ... at least, I hope most of the books you are clipping from know how to spell correctly

Spell checking in clipping notes has been implemented and will be shipped in a future release. Thanks for pointing this out to us!
