L4 A-11 Resources not updating

Rick Miller

1. Downloaded A-11 installed ok.

2. No indexer icon appearing in menu bar

3. Recently purchased new resources 5190: J. Oswald Sanders Discipleship Collection (2 Vols.)

4. Tried updating resources in command bar.

5. Above mentioned books not appearing in library, seems resource updater not working

6. Logs attached

Eric,

I know this is going to sound stupid (I AM a windows user after all) but I'll ask this while the mac guys wake up....

is your Logos set to "use internet" and "update automatically"?

it's in "program settings' and I cannot tell you where...as I said..I'm a windows user but those two things are usually the culprit when you can't get a resource...

Thanks for the quick response. I am only using the MAC version and do not have windows installed on my MAC as other users have.

My resources were updating ok in previous Alpha's up until A-10 and A-11.

The program settings are not yet implemented on the MAC version and we have to type Update Resources into the command bar to update. Also as mentioned in previous alpha's it was updating automatically

Hi Jack, for some reason now the update(downloading resources) has started automatically and is now indexing.....34 hrs left

Just wondering if this has anything to do with the time of the morning I it was trying to update.(i.e. servers down or something)[:O]

I am having the same issue. Upgraded package yesterday and I get it fine on the Windows side but nothing on the Mac side. Had to update 10a->11 manually too. Logs to follow.

My A-11 updater and indexer started working on its own after opening a few times etc. Latest purchases were downloaded and indexer finished. Thanks for your help.
