BUG: 6.0a SR-3: "Add tag" comment missing (intermittent)

This bug has happened twice to me during the last hour of tagging, so it's definitely hard to reproduce. I saw another post about someone else having this problem once too. (Found that thread. Sorry for duplication.) Hopefully my log file will help you track down what's going on.

Notice that there is no "Add tag" text that you can click on in the tags area for this book, in the Library info panel. If I try to click in the area to the right of the last tag, nothing happens. The other time this happened, it was on a book that had tags filling up to the last visible line of tags, so there was no blank space to the right of the last tag. I neglected to take a screenshot of that one.

Clicking around to select other resources and then coming back to this one did not fix the glitch, nor did changing my library filter and then changing it back so that this book would be displayed again and selecting it. However, closing the library and reopening it and then selecting this book again did fix the glitch:

    I managed to reproduce this (inconsistent still, but it was the first I'd been able to get it). I've created a case with links to this, and the other thread.
