Triskal has already mentioned this in another thread but there has been no response (https://community.logos.com/forums/t/75840.aspx?PageIndex=3).  I bought a new Logos 6 Base package and my new books open as blank pages in the Bible! app (in particular the Eerdmans Bible Commentary and Surprised by Hope).  My old books plus some of the new ones work fine.  There does not seem to be a pattern to which work and which don't. 

I tried deleting the app and reinstalling.  I even installed on another computer but the outcome was the same.

I see from the forum this has happened before. Is there any chance of getting this resolved?  Is this forum the correct place to post this?  Thanks for any assistance.

Resources open as blank pages when they use a newer file format than the app (which was last updated last year) supports.

We are not currently planning to fix this problem in the existing Windows Store app; see https://community.logos.com/forums/t/99859.aspx for more details.
