Bug: Sync not immediately actioned by Use Internet setting

Sync is not immediately prevented by setting Use Internet = NO and when it is detected the yellow warning icon is shown.
Conversely, the Sync icon does not appear after re-enabling Use Internet, even after using Sync Now.

Software version: 4.0b.

Status: by-design Restart required for changes to take affect (see tooltip in Program Settings).
