Dr. Todd Wilkins has been involved in ministry since late 2000. He has ministered to his local body of Christ as well as doing Out Reach Projects locally and in North Carolina. He is submitted to and recognizes the authority of Apostle Doug Lowe and the Eldership of Heart’s Cry.
Although born a child of the mid-seventies (1974), Dr. Todd was spiritually born again October 2000 and Spirit-filled a couple years later. He relies whole-heartedly on the guidance and grace provided by Holy Spirit, our along side helper.
Carefully and watchfully Dr. Todd has served in many areas of the ekklēsía applying himself and allowing Holy Spirit to mold and shape him into being more like Christ. The Potter’s hands have shaped Dr. Todd’s life most through schooling where he has achieved and holds a Doctorate of Ministry Degree from Christian Life School of Theology.
Dr. Todd married his wife Katie in June 2007 and although Dr Todd and Mrs. Katie have not been blessed with children; they are dedicated children’s ministers.
Dr. Todd has worked diligently with Apostle Lowe since the beginning in November 2000 to lay the foundation for Heart’s Cry. Part of that foundation was in constructing a bible/ theological school called Heart’s Cry Institute of Ministry. Today, Dr. Todd is the dean of the Institute of Ministry.
