What type should this be compiled as - cross-reference?, monograph?, ???????

I compiled it as a monograph and placed it in a collection called Maps. I then create a custom guide called Maps. When I am in a place in my bible I right click on the scripture reference and then choose my custom guide called Maps. This takes me to the scripture in the document and then I click on the appropriate map link for that scripture.

I am not posting the Holman Bible Atlas but only links to all the maps. I added scripture references to the specific maps to make them useful when dealing with a passage in the Bible that is related to a map.
