Can anyone tell me how to delete a collection.

Right click and select delete.

The method depends on the version you are running.

I don't remember how to do so in L3.

In L4 open collections with TOOLS>COLLECTIONS

Then Click OPEN and find the one you want to delete, right click it and choose delete....

In Logos 4, go to collections to the "open" tab within your collections and put your cursor over the collection you want to delete.
Click on the "x" and it will be gone.

 

If you are using Libronex you would go to the Tools menu and drop down to "Define Collections" bringing up your groupings.
Click on the one you want to delete and hit the delete button.

Some of those are Series, (My)tags or ratings which you cannot remove, but you can uncheck them.
