[ACK] BUG / Regression? 6.3 Beta 1 German bible book names

This is a bug in the detection of valid bible books (and then of course the verse references) when the PB is compiled in German language. I think I recall that this once worked, but I'm not 100% positive.
Basically, use of the period for abbreviations or for the numbers in bible books will break detection. Thus, abbreviating Psalm 23 as Ps. 23 with a period will work in English language PBs, but not in German language.
A second issue is the use of the period to indicate numbered bible books (it's not One Timothy, Two Timothy, but First and Second Timothy, in German indicated by 1. / 2. Tim.) - I know this once had to be repaired for drop down lists in the German UI, but the PB compiler needs to capture these, too.
The small test book is here: 5241.Test German language bible refs.docx and all refererences are valid for German language bible books.

One additional aspect that was brought up by a poster in cross-post thread https://community.logos.com/forums/t/103867.aspx :
The detection of bible book names is affected by this bug not only in the PB compiler, but also when creating/editing notes in the German UI, which makes it even more relevant for the German market entry.

I can reproduce this, and I'll make a case.
